Key Responsibilities:

Job Purpose:

Establish and enhancing client relationships and building  market awareness

Developing and implementing Key Account & Business Strategy plans

Driving revenue growth through increasing market share, optimizing collections/recovery process and expanding service offering

Leading Namibian office including delivery of relevant, accurate reporting, recruiting, management and development of local staff

Overseeing the Namibian office interactions with other divisions to achieve overall strategic objectives including financial targets, systems implementation, human resource policies and standard operational processes.

Minimum Requirements

BA/Bcomm Business Management

Minumum 5 years working experience

Credit & Collections industry experience

HR/IR experience

Computer literate
