To deliver and implement activities that will build brand equity and growth through BRILLIANT execution of the innovation and renovation process within the category of responsibility. To take responsibility of the specified running of the Marketing Division activities (i.e. monthly forums, etc.) and to stand in for the Marketing Innovations Manager in his/her absence

Strategic Penetration: Uses analytical skills to generate consumer driven strategies that deliver focused, growth driving business outcomes. Consumer Insight: Identifies the key consumer issues and ensures penetrative consumer understanding and insights are applied to drive brand growth Commerciality: Uses performance measurement & sound financial management - balancing short and long term – to build the brand. Balances commercial, customer and consumer motivations to deliver outstanding results. Project Management: Delivers high quality results seen through to world-class completion. Maintains high standards by driving quality, speed and cost management appropriately Innovation Judgment: Understands the true consumer impact of our innovation output, by using clearly defined logical criteria balanced with instinct/intuition to judge and express in a compelling way, all elements of an innovation idea Marketing Judgment: Understands the true consumer impact of our brand building ‘output’ by using clearly defined logical criteria balanced with practical instinct to judge the work. Quaification Needed:
Relevant 3 year Marketing Degree
Experience Needed:
Minimum of 3 years marketing experience. Experience in FMCG marketing will be definite advantage. OR A Diploma with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing. Experience in the FMCG industry will be a definite advantage. KEY
